Appointment Policy

  • Allureous, LLC Med Spa & Clinic is committed to providing our patients with exceptional experience and quality products. In order to achieve these goals, we must maintain a strict appointment policy.

  • Cosmetic consultations are complimentary, given the provisions under no-show or late policy below, but at the time of booking your appointment for treatment(s), we require a 50% credit/debit card payment for the treatment course to secure the appointment(s).

 

Cancellation Policy

  • No-shows, late shows, and cancellations prevent other patients from being evaluated and treated. If you are not able to keep your appointment, please call Allureous, LLC promptly.

  • We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Treatment appointments may be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance without additional fee except as below.

  • Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations or rescheduling treatments occurring less than 24 hours of the scheduled time. This also applies for “No-shows” and “Late shows”.

 

How to Cancel Your Appointment

  • To cancel your appointment, please call (858) 240-7097. If you do not reach the receptionist, please leave a detailed message on our voicemail and we will return your call promptly. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please leave your name and telephone number.

 

Late Cancellations

  • A cancellation is late when the appointment is cancelled with less than 24-hour advance notice. Such late cancellation will result in a charge of $100, or 50% of the reserved amount, whichever is less.

 

No Show Policy and Late Policy

  • A “no show” is a patient who misses an appointment without cancelling it. It is defined as arriving 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time.

  • “No shows” will be charged $100, or 50% of the reserved amount, whichever is less.

  • In the event that a complimentary consultation is cancelled, regardless of whether it is within 24-hour window, we will require a $50 payment in advance that may be applied to the first treatment or product unless the provision above applies. If the second complimentary consultation is missed or cancelled in less than 24 hours, we are unable to refund and will require an additional $50 fee to reschedule a third time.
